Oh my.
It has been a looooong time.
Well, i'm in college now. And I have a boyfriend. And I'm almost done with my teenage years...
Looking at this blog brings back some interesting memories. Looking at the groups I'm part of makes me laugh a little, though I would never leave them because there's something fun about preserving my 14 to 16 year old self. It allows me to look back and realize how much I've changed and what a silly little teenager I was. That's not to say that I'm not still silly, but I'm probably silly in other ways.

However, some things never change. I have two papers, a project and a midterm all due on Tuesday so I'm fairly stressed out and don't have time to be typing this entry. Unfortunately, I still seem to be a pro at procrastinating though I've made it this far without too many consequences. Except maybe my GPA...

Freak. I'm back again. I just reread all of my old entries, mainly to see how I've progressed over the last two or three years. Apparently I still have the mindset of a 14 year old but hey, we can't all be perfect can we? Once again I'm procrastinating (what else is new) and so I'm going to spend this quality time typing about what has been going on in my life over the past oh, 6 months. Weeell, first of all I have a facebook now which I obsess over hourly because that is the only way I can keep in touch with my friends over the summer. I drew this kickass grafetti because now I've got a tablet computer and hence INKING CAPABILITES as the school admin likes to call it. My love life is... wait? What love life? Harharhar.

Blast from the past, I just say the final Danny Phantom episode/movie yesterday and FINALLY after all these freaking years they gave into the DxS pairing. I was faintly thrilled to be honest but also severly dissapointed in the sense that it was over. That's it. No more episodes ever because everybody knows the rule. When cannon couples get together then the show is over. FINISHED. Apparently Nick was concerned with wrapping up the entire series in just one hour, so oops, there goes Vlad, Danny's indentity, and the blooming DxS relationship. Got all the bases covered? Check! Ok Mr. Hartman that's a wrap!

I actually watched it by accident because, honestly, I hardly ever watch television anymore. Most of my media entertainment is limited to the computer, specifically bittorent (<3). Right now I'm busy downloading Paprika, some cool looking anime movie that apparently won many many awards. Bleach is a weekly affair as usual.

Did I mention I reeeeally need to be doing my English homework? FIVE STUDY GUIDES! 1234 FIVE. Damnination.

I'm proud to announce that I also managed to get a 5 in both AP Chemistry and AP English Language, and a 4 on AP US History. Heh, I know I was whining about that a lot in my past entries so I thought I would make a point to resolve those issues. I also got a 99 on my Physics final. No sweat there.

As for THIS year, well well well... I'm going to be up to my eyeballs in homework and writing between AP Lit, AP Bio, AP Physics (deathwish I know), AP BC Calc, and AP Goverment. It's just one biiig party.

Oh and as for my recent obsession *trumpet fanfare* SPACE! Yup, NASA and me are in cahoots. :)

I've read a buttload of literature on the space program, met Buzz Aldrin and Jim Lovell, and aquired a little collection of autographs and antiques. Not to mention I'm spewing facts and stories like crazy (much to my friends and parent's annoyance). Don't worry I won't bore you with talk about EVA's, CSM's, or LOI's. It's a strictly for my brain only policy.

Did I mention that I've got homework to do? And I'm craving chicken wings.

Book below is soley school related reading material. Analysis: Nap worthy

Haha, well guess what? I watched the entire Cowboy Bebop series this summer AND the movie. Wow I've been busy huh? Well techinically I should be super busy because I left all my summer homework until the last moment and now I'm struggling to get it all finished. Some things never change do they?

Cowboy Bebop was A-MAZING. Once again, like Trigun, I thought it would be completely sucky and ridiculous and full of sex and booze and violence (which it kind of was : 3 ). But less so than I imagined. Spike is now officially one of my favorite characters ever, definitely ranking up there around Ichigo (did I mention I'm still watching Bleach with a relgious devotion?). I mean he's cool, confident, sexy, and doesn't need an oversized gun or sword to kick ass. Movie was eh. The beginning was real good then the ending had to go and be all weird with the producers trying to make the audience feel sorry for the bioterrorist and then not quite pulling it off. See what I mean? Oh and they had to throw in some pretty brunette for Spike to flirt with instead of focusing on the Spike/Faye relationship that was definitely lacking in the series. I mean, Faye practically confessed her love to Spike on the last episode and then (SPOILER) Spike had to go and die. I was depressed for days....

Ok so why am I spending my time typing all this when there is homework to be done and I have a tennis lesson at 3? WHY GOD ARE YOU SO CRUEEEL.

I hate my life.

I haven't written in a while and it feels good to get the keys under my fingers again. I've been off in the Bahamas doing all sorts of fun things with my family (riiight) and finally I'm back home, ready to do absolutely nothing. School's starting soon, and I've still got summer er *smack* I mean winter homework to do before I go back. Speaking of school I completely bombed my chemistry exam and my physics exam wasn't so hot either (which severly disspoints me seeing as I had my plans set on AP physics) so hopefully the curve will do its job and keep me out of the lower GPA pool.

Other than that, Christmas was... fun. My birthday was... fun. I didn't really get much to be honest of course I didn't want a lot (well hehe, I know I"ve been writing my wishlists over the past month but a lot of those things I decided I really didn't want. I got most the DVDs and the Zelda game but unfortunately I can't play it until I get the actually Wii game system (god knows how long that could take). It's really disheartening actually, like getting the keys to your car along with the fuzzy dice but not getting the actually car. So now I'm left to stare at the little booklet and cheat magazine I purchased, memorizing combo buttons and nunchuk movements. Alas, life has been somewhat pessimistic lately or should I say my outlook on life has been rather pessimistic. Of course it's probably a side effect of spending to much time stuck in a boat with my entire family. It does things to you...

I felt a lot better however when I got home, had a proper shower including antibacterial soap and REAL shampoo, and then chatted with a few people my age. I've got a party tomorrow and I'm going to the movies tonight with a friend, and hopefully I will have forgotten all about redox equations and incline plane problems by the time all that has passed. Then again once school starts the teachers' scowls are unavoidable. It really pains me to see a teacher, who once regarded me as one of their top students, turn around and give me one of those "good potential wasted" looks. I mean it's not like I've been slacking off and avoiding my students mind you! I studied until my brains oozed out of my ears for those exams! Well I guess so long as I did my best.

We disassembled the christmas tree today which involved a lot of swaaring and banged shins and nearly fatal accidents on the ladder. It did end up packed away in the box eventually but there was a lot of sweat and strife spent to get it there.

I did some photo editting on our family vacation pictures, and now I'm in the middle of printing them... amazing

Oh and I read a few good books such as Ender's Game (for the 3rd time), The Glass Castle (a memoir), and now I'm in the middle of reading Wuthering Heights (Emily Bronte has nothing on Jane Austen). Well enough for now, I've to put some clothes away.
